We built EditoHub its complete business platform: a client app to order and pay, workspaces for editors and managers, online payments and WhatsApp updates, shipped as an Android app on Google Play.

One product for clients, editors and managers
EditoHub sells video editing as a service. Brands send raw footage and a brief, a team of editors cuts it, and the client reviews drafts until the final video is delivered.
Agencies like this usually run on WhatsApp chats, drive links and payment follow-ups, which stops working the moment orders grow. EditoHub wanted one product where clients order and pay, editors receive work and get paid, and managers see every project, on the web and as a phone app.

Client app
Order a video with a brief, pay the advance, track every stage and review drafts from the phone.
Editor workspace
Assigned projects, draft uploads, revision notes and an earnings view with UPI payout details.
Manager, sales and admin panels
Five role-based panels. Each role sees only what it should, down to who can view studio finances.
Payments that collect themselves
50% advance on order through Razorpay, balance at download, prepaid packages and GST invoices. Prices are always computed on the server.
Review and delivery
Drafts stream inside the app. Clients pin feedback to the exact second as text, a drawing or a voice note, and the final download unlocks once the balance is paid.
Instant updates
WhatsApp and push notifications at every step, so nobody has to ask "is my video ready?"

Built to Play Store policy
In-app account deletion, a complete data-safety declaration and a dedicated reviewer account. Production access was granted on the first application.
