Construction Company Website Design in India

Project pages that carry the RERA number, floor plans, amenities and dated site photos, with enquiries landing on WhatsApp. Built mobile-first from ₹24,999, live in 7–10 working days, and you own the domain, hosting and logins.

Construction Company Website Design

A buyer who has saved for eight years does not decide on a floor plan alone. They check who built the last three towers, whether those were handed over on time, and whether the RERA number on the hoarding matches the one in the state register. Most builder websites answer none of that. They show a rendered elevation, a phone number, and a page that says “Coming Soon” over the projects list.

We build the site around evidence: a project template that repeats cleanly for ongoing, completed and upcoming work, the RERA registration number printed on every project page and advertisement, a specifications table a buyer can compare, and a progress gallery with dates on the photographs. Contractors get the other half — capability statement, plant and machinery, safety record, EPC project list. The three demos below are live sites you can open on your phone right now; Nirman Group, Gantry and Forma Studio each solve a different part of this.

Two visitors land on the same homepage and want opposite things

Two people open a builder’s website in the same hour and want opposite things. The first has seen a hoarding or a portal listing, has the project name in their head, and is now checking whether the company is real: who handed over the last three buildings, whether possession came on time, whether the RERA registration number in the advertisement matches the entry in the state authority’s register. The second is a project manager or a prequalification committee looking for a contractor, and they want turnover, machinery, safety record and a PDF they can attach to a file.

Most sites in this trade serve neither. The projects page shows three renders and the word “Coming Soon”. Completed work — the only proof a buyer really trusts — is missing, because the marketing team assumes old projects do not sell. The RERA number sits in small grey type in the footer, or nowhere at all, which is a compliance problem as much as a trust problem: the registration number and the authority’s website have to appear on every advertisement and every project page, and a website is an advertisement. Brochures are locked behind a form, so the buyer downloads the competitor’s instead.

Then there is the network the site never speaks to. A large share of residential sales in India still closes through channel partners, and those agents are looking for an enquiry route, a commission contact and current inventory status. If the site offers one generic Contact form, every one of those enquiries lands in the same inbox as a plumbing complaint from a handed-over flat.

The project template, and the twelve things it has to carry

The structure below repeats for every project you launch, so the tenth tower takes an afternoon to publish instead of a fresh design job. It is the same web development service we run for other trades, fitted to how a builder actually sells.

  • A project template with ongoing, completed and upcoming states, each carrying the RERA registration number and the authority’s website in the page header, not buried in the footer.
  • Unit plans by typology with RERA carpet area in both square feet and square metres, and a zoom that works with one thumb on a phone.
  • A specifications table — structure, flooring, kitchen, doors and windows, electricals, lifts, water — because that table is what a buyer sets against the builder next door.
  • Amenities listed against the phase they arrive in, so a clubhouse promised in Phase 3 is not read as ready today.
  • Location advantages as measured distances to the station, school, hospital and highway on a map, instead of “minutes from everything”.
  • A dated construction progress gallery per tower and phase, uploaded from a phone by the site team, with the month printed on every set.
  • Site-visit booking with date, time slot and a pick-up request, dropping straight into the sales WhatsApp.
  • A home-loan panel per project: the banks and housing finance companies that have approved it, with an EMI calculator that uses the real configuration price.
  • Possession and handover status per phase, stated against the RERA declared date rather than an optimistic internal one.
  • A channel-partner enquiry with a RERA agent registration field, routed to the CP desk and kept out of the buyer pipeline.
  • For contractors: a capability statement, plant and machinery inventory, safety record with man-hours and lost-time incidents, and a completed EPC list showing client, scope and value band.
  • A prequalification pack as one downloadable PDF — registrations, GST, turnover band, past work — so a tender clerk never has to email you for it.

The portals will beat you on inventory searches. Win the ones they cannot.

Here is the part few agencies say out loud. On a search like “2 BHK flats” with a locality attached, the portals win. 99acres, MagicBricks and Housing.com have years of links, thousands of listings and paid placement above the fold, and a single builder’s site is not going to displace them. Buying SEO aimed at those phrases is money burnt.

What the portals cannot own is your name. Once a buyer has seen the hoarding, the reel or the listing, they search the project name and the company name, and they attach words to it: possession date, RERA, review, completed projects, price list, address. Those searches carry the decision. Own every one of them with a proper project page, an honest completed-work archive and a progress gallery that is current. The same logic hands contractors a better deal than builders: phrases such as industrial civil contractor or RCC contractor for warehouse have low volume and almost no competition, and a single enquiry pays for the year.

A limit worth stating. If you have one project that is eighty per cent sold through two brokers, do not buy a ₹49,999 plan. Take the ₹24,999 site, put the RERA number, the specifications and the dated photographs on it, and spend the rest at the site office. The website starts earning from the second project onward.

After launch the real question is who uploads. A gallery that stops in March damages you more than no gallery at all. The pattern that holds: the site engineer sends photographs to the office WhatsApp group every Friday, one person uploads them the same day, and the possession line is corrected the day the RERA date changes. We hand over a two-page instruction sheet with the login, and stay on support for 30 or 60 days depending on the plan.

Frequently asked questions

The ₹24,999 Business Website covers up to 7 pages with mobile-first design, WhatsApp and click-to-call, a contact form, on-page SEO basics and 30 days support, delivered in 7–10 working days. Builders running more than two projects usually take Business Pro + SEO at ₹49,999 for up to 15 pages and a blog. Extra project pages are ₹1,999 each. All prices exclude 18% GST.
Yes. Our office is in Pune and roughly 60% of our clients are elsewhere in India. Delivery is remote and structured: a WhatsApp group for daily updates, Google Meet for review calls, a shared content checklist so nothing waits on a guess, and a 40-point check before we go live. Payment is 50% to start and 50% at launch, with a GST invoice at each milestone.
Yes. The registration number and the state authority’s website have to be shown on every project advertisement, and a project page is an advertisement. We print the number in the project header, repeat it on the brochure download and on enquiry confirmations, and keep it editable so a renewal or a new phase goes live the same day. Your legal or company secretary team confirms the exact wording for your state.
You do, and it takes two minutes. The progress section is a plain upload: choose the tower or phase, drop in photographs from a phone, set the month. The site engineer sends them on WhatsApp, your office uploads the same day. If you would rather not touch it, the progress update panel add-on at ₹9,999 gives site staff their own logins, or the care plan at ₹1,499/month keeps it with us.
Both, doing different jobs. The portals win the discovery searches and you will not out-rank them there. Your site wins the search that comes next — your project name with possession, RERA or review attached — and that is where a buyer decides whether to book a site visit. Portal leads also close faster when your sales team can send one link that answers everything.
Same build, different spine. A contractor site leads with the capability statement, plant and machinery, safety record and a completed project list carrying client, scope and value band, plus a prequalification PDF a tender clerk can download. Buyer features such as floor plans and EMI calculators are dropped. Seven pages is usually enough, so ₹24,999 covers it. The Gantry demo shows the shape.
