2. Build in milestones. Two-week sprints, a staging URL you can test from day 15, and a demo at the end of every sprint. Payments follow milestones, not calendar months.
3. Quality gates. Automated tests for critical flows, security review (OWASP top 10, role-based access, audit logs), load testing for the numbers you expect, and DPDP Act-aware data handling.
4. Launch and training. Data migration from your spreadsheets or old system, role-wise training recorded on video, and a 30-day stabilisation period.
