Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of codelithlab.com and any services provided by Codelith Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Our Services

Codelith Lab provides website development, mobile app development, digital marketing, SEO, ZupiChat CRM & WhatsApp solutions, SaaS development, automation & AI, domain & hosting, website maintenance, and custom software development. The exact scope of work, deliverables, and price for any project are agreed in writing (email or a formal proposal) before work begins.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Prices shared on this website or by our team are estimates based on the information available at the time. The final price is confirmed after we understand your full requirements and is documented in a proposal or invoice. Any change in project scope may affect the final price and timeline.

3. Payments

Projects are typically billed in milestones — an advance to begin work, followed by payments tied to project stages or delivery, as agreed for your specific project. Work on the next milestone begins once the previous payment is received. Hosting, domain renewal, and maintenance plans (where applicable) are billed on the agreed recurring schedule.

4. Project Timeline & Client Responsibilities

Timelines are estimated in good faith and depend on timely inputs from you — such as content, brand assets, approvals, and feedback. Delays in providing these may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds, as agreed at the start of the project. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final deliverables (such as the website, app, or custom software built for you) transfers to you. Codelith Lab retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any third-party tools, plugins, licenses, or platforms used to build your project remain governed by their own respective terms.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your business information, credentials, and project details as confidential, and we do not share them with third parties except as required to deliver the project (for example, hosting providers).

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in delivering reliable, secure work, Codelith Lab is not liable for indirect losses, third-party service outages (such as hosting or payment gateway downtime), or issues arising from changes made to the project by parties outside our team after delivery.

9. Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with written notice. Work completed and payments due up to that point remain payable; any advance paid for work not yet started is handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
