Boule — sourdough bakery demo
Artisan Bakery · Patisserie — a demo build by Codelith Lab, live and open to click through.
A warm neighbourhood sourdough bakery with a live radial oven-clock (a rotating now-hand shows exactly what is warm right now versus still to come), a filterable today's-bakes counter with reserve, a build-a-pastry-box builder (drop pastries into a box of six or twelve, live total), a crumb-reveal bread board (tap a loaf to cut it open — an SVG open-crumb cross-section + hydration + tasting notes), and a running basket with reserve-for-collection. The build runs as a 7-section page with 349 words of real copy and 4 images, and it holds up from desktop down to a 390px phone screen.

Inside the build
BOULE is a small sourdough bakery. Everything is long-fermented, hand-shaped and baked in a stone deck oven the same morning you eat it.
What's warm right nowOur bakes come out through the morning. The dial turns with the clock — tap a bake to see when it lands.
Today's bakesBaked in limited batches every morning. When they're gone, they're gone — reserve yours for collection.
Build a pastry boxFill a box of six or twelve. Tap a pastry to drop it in — tap it again in the box to take it out.
Look at that crumbTap a loaf to cut it open — see the crumb, the hydration and how we bake it.
Slow flour, stone oven, no shortcuts.A wild sourdough starter kept alive since 2011. Long cold ferments for flavour and a crust that shatters. We mill our own wholegrain and bake on stone, every single morning.
