Inside the build
Pre-owned Swiss watches that have been opened, inspected and timed on our own machine before they reach the case. An atelier that services them for the next owner too. And a consignment desk for collectors who would rather sell to a person than to an algorithm.
Rotate it. Change the strap.Drag across the watch to turn it. Swap between leather, steel and rubber to see how it actually wears. Everything below is in the Colaba case today, with the movement notes we took when it came in.
Four watchmakers. One bench each.We service what we sell and what you already own, including watches bought elsewhere. Pick the work and the brand and you will see the band, the weeks and what is actually done at each level.
We open every one.A box, papers and a good photograph prove nothing. Here is what a watch goes through before it is allowed into the case.
Sell it to a person. You set the floor price. We photograph, service if needed, and place it with a buyer we know. Our commission comes out of what it sells for above your floor, so we are on the same side.
Before you buy or sell.Every watch is opened and inspected against the reference before it is priced, and you get the movement photographs and the timing printout. You are also welcome to take it, unpaid, to any independent watchmaker in Mumbai for a second opinion before the sale closes. Nobody has ever brought one back.
