Inside the build

Every new joiner asks the same question and most HR teams answer it with a screenshot. Put a CTC in below and watch it split into basic, HRA and allowances, then have PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS taken out to a real take-home, with the employer's own cost shown next to it.

One CTC in. The whole payslip out.

Drag the salary and everything recomputes: the structure, the statutory deductions, the tax under the new regime, and what the employer actually spends. The bands where PF and ESI stop applying are visible as you cross them.

One grid. Everybody, all month.

Click any cell to change it and the leave balances on the right update. Approve or reject a request and the counts move. This is what a manager sees on the first of the month.

Day one, without the chase.

Four stages, sixteen tasks, each with an owner. Tick them off and the completion ring moves. Nothing here is HR busywork; every item is one somebody usually forgets.

Yes. Pro-rata is computed on calendar days by default, or working days if you prefer; both are supported and the choice is per company, not per employee. Full-and-final settlements including leave encashment and notice recovery are in the Payroll plan.
