Inside the build
LEVAIN is a wild-yeast bakery and celebration-cake studio in Ranwar Village, Bandra. We feed our starter at 5 AM, pull sourdough three times a day, and build cakes that people plan parties around.
One starter, fed daily since 2017. Everything else follows. Our levain — the wild-yeast culture the bakery is named for — has been alive for nine years. Every loaf on the counter starts with it, two mornings before you taste it. This is how a LEVAIN day unfolds.
Next sourdough batch, out of the oven inWe bake three times a day so bread never sits. Watch the clock, reserve your loaf, and it's pulled aside the moment the batch lands — still warm when you collect it.
The counter, while it lasts. Our signature. Stone-milled wheat, 36-hour cold ferment, blistered crust, custardy open crumb. 750 g.
Design the cake. Watch it appear.Choose tiers, flavour, frosting and your topper message — the preview and price update live. When it's perfect, send it straight to our pastry team on WhatsApp.
Never run out of real bread.A returnable LEVAIN tin, delivered warm on a schedule you choose. Pause anytime on WhatsApp — we're not a telecom company.
