India’s most storied luxury train — fourteen carriages tracing Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore, Jaipur and Udaipur across seven gilded nights, with every cabin and course laid out night by night. The build runs as a 14-section page with 1,128 words of real copy and 24 images, and it holds up from desktop down to a 390px phone screen.

Inside the build
A palace that moves. A kingdom that unfolds.
Seven nights aboard the last great caravan of the Maharajas.In 1982, four royal saloon cars — once the private conveyances of the houses of Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur and Gwalior — were joined into a single train. MAYŪRA has run every winter since, unhurried, between the great courts of the north.
Five courts. One golden circle.Scroll the journey — the train traces the route as each court of the old kingdoms rises to meet it.
Walk the length of a palace .Select a carriage to step inside. Each is named in the old court manner, and no two are dressed alike.
Sleep like the house of a king .Rosewood panelling, a full-size bed beneath a brass jharokha window, and an en-suite dressed in Makrana marble.
A darbar , every evening.Two dining cars, one kitchen brigade of eleven, and recipes borrowed from four royal households. Dinner is announced each evening by the ringing of a temple bell.
