Applicant questions.Depends entirely on the reason. A refusal for weak ties or unclear funds can be answered in a stronger fresh application. A refusal for misrepresentation is a different matter and usually carries a ban. Bring the refusal letter; we read the officer's notes free, even if another consultant filed it.
