As of 2026, a single landing page in India costs roughly ₹3,000 at the template end, ₹12,000–30,000 for a properly written and designed page, and ₹40,000–60,000 or more when it includes original copy, custom illustration, A/B testing setup and CRM integration. Most businesses running Google or Meta ads are best served somewhere in the middle band.
The number is less useful than knowing what moves it, because a landing page is one of the few things where paying twice as much genuinely can return three times as much — and where paying twice as much can also buy you nothing but a prettier hero image.
Price bands as of 2026
- ₹3,000–8,000 — template build. An existing theme or page builder template, your logo and colours, your text pasted in. Fine for a short campaign, an event registration or a first test.
- ₹12,000–30,000 — designed and written. Custom layout for your offer, professionally written copy, mobile-first design, form connected to email or WhatsApp, conversion tracking installed. This is the band where ad spend starts to be respected.
- ₹40,000–60,000+ — conversion-focused build. Research into your customers’ objections, original copy, custom graphics or illustration, speed optimisation, A/B test variants, CRM or WhatsApp integration, and a measurement plan.
Add GST at 18% where the vendor is registered. Ongoing costs are small — hosting for a single page is negligible if it sits on your existing site.
What actually changes the price
Copy
The largest single factor, and the most underpriced. A page is a written argument with design on top. Original copy means someone interviews you, reads your competitors and writes the objections out of the reader’s head. That is a day or two of skilled work, and it is why ₹5,000 pages come with placeholder text you are expected to fill in yourself. Budget for it separately from design, the way our website development cost guide does.
Design depth
Choosing a template and recolouring it takes an hour. Designing a layout around your specific proof — a comparison table, a process diagram, before-and-after images, a pricing block — takes a day and usually converts better, because it shows what you actually do instead of decorating what you claim.
Tracking and integration
A page that cannot tell you which ad produced which lead is a brochure. Conversion tracking, event setup and lead routing into email, a sheet or a CRM add a few hours of work and change what the page is worth to you. See our conversion tracking setup guide.
Speed
Ad traffic in India arrives on mid-range Android phones over patchy 4G. A heavy page builder with five sliders can take six seconds to load, and a large share of paid clicks leave before they see anything. Optimised images and a light build cost a little more and protect every rupee of ad spend. Our Core Web Vitals guide covers the specifics.
What a landing page should contain
- One offer and one action. Two calls to action halve the response. Decide whether the page exists to get a call, a WhatsApp message or a form fill, and build everything around that.
- The offer above the fold — what it is, who it is for, what it costs or what the next step is, visible without scrolling on a phone.
- Proof — photographs of real work, named testimonials, client logos, numbers. Specific beats impressive: “527 projects” is believable in a way “500+ happy clients” is not.
- Objection handling — price, timeline, warranty, what happens after payment. Whatever your sales team gets asked on every call belongs on the page.
- A short form. Every extra field costs you responses. Name and phone number is enough for most Indian businesses; qualify on the call.
- A WhatsApp option. In India a click-to-WhatsApp button with a pre-filled message typically outperforms an email form, because it starts a conversation instead of a wait.
What to skip
Auto-playing hero videos, sliders, entry pop-ups on mobile, stock photographs of foreign offices, long company history, and a navigation menu that lets the visitor wander off to your blog. None of them lift conversions and most of them slow the page down.
Landing page or a page on your website?
If you run ads, use a dedicated landing page with no menu: focus is the point. If your traffic is organic or from your Google Business Profile, a well-built service page on your main site is better, because it accumulates SEO value over time and a standalone page usually does not. Many businesses need both, and the copy can be shared between them.
Is it worth it?
Run the arithmetic on your own numbers. If you spend ₹30,000 a month on Google Ads at, say, ₹60 a click, you are buying about 500 clicks. Moving the landing page from a 2% to a 4% conversion rate turns 10 leads into 20 for the same spend. Against that, a ₹25,000 page is recovered in the first month and keeps paying afterwards. If you are not running paid traffic at all, a landing page is a much lower priority than getting your main site and Google Business Profile in order.
The short version
- As of 2026, expect ₹3,000–8,000 for a template page, ₹12,000–30,000 for a designed and written one, and ₹40,000–60,000+ for a conversion-focused build, before GST.
- Copy, tracking and speed change results more than visual polish does.
- One offer, one action, a short form and a WhatsApp option outperform a longer, prettier page.
- A dedicated page for ad traffic, a service page on your site for organic — they are not interchangeable.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a landing page cost in India?
As of 2026, a template-based page costs about ₹3,000–8,000, a custom-designed page with professional copy and tracking ₹12,000–30,000, and a full conversion-focused build with research, original graphics and A/B variants ₹40,000–60,000 or more, before GST. Most businesses running ads get the best return from the middle band.
Why is a landing page cheaper than a full website?
Because it is one page with one purpose. There is no navigation structure, no blog, no multiple templates and usually no CMS training. The work is concentrated in copy, layout and tracking rather than in building a site architecture, which is why a good landing page can still cost as much as a small website.
Should my landing page have a navigation menu?
For paid ad traffic, no. A menu gives visitors somewhere else to go and reduces the share who complete your one action. Keep the logo, the offer, the proof and the form. For organic traffic landing on a service page of your main site, the normal menu should stay.
How many fields should a landing page form have?
As few as possible. In India, name and mobile number is usually enough, with qualifying questions asked on the call or over WhatsApp. Each additional field reduces completion noticeably, and email addresses in particular are often entered incorrectly or left blank on mobile.
Do I need a landing page if I am not running ads?
Usually not as a priority. Without paid or campaign traffic, a landing page has no audience, and the same effort spent on your main service pages and Google Business Profile will produce more enquiries because those keep earning over time.
